You can pay via credit card, bank transfer/EFT, Paypal and at the door for your Aker purchases. You can take advantage of installment options when paying with your credit card. All product price is US Dollar.
Cancellation/Refund/Exchange
EXCHANGE / RETURN What should I do if I want to return the purchased product?
You can return or exchange your received product for another color/size within 15 days after it arrived to you, by carrying out the below steps.
1) The product you want to return or exchange must be unused, undamaged and in a suitable condition to be sold again.
2) You can send the product you want to return or exchange with all its accessories and all invoice copies to our address.

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 15 days of delivery date. “No Reason Return” not entitled to our free delivery, both ways shipping costs will be borne by customer.
- We will issue an exchange or refund via store credits only.
- We kindly ask that all items requested for return / exchange is not used or expired, undamaged and unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.
- Note that return terms are different for defect and non-defect items. Kindly refer to the guidelines below. D&S reserves the right to reject any return/exchanges.
- If you would like to request for returns via delivery, kindly note that there will be courier charges applicable. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping item back to us.
- Returns, exchanges and refunds are not entitled to our free delivery promotion (orders above $100). If you are returning an item that was originally sent out under free delivery, a shipping and processing fee of S$12.00 when issuing an exchange / refund will be deducted. Larger/bulky items i.e. above 5 items in a transaction or amount from S$500.00 will be subject to a $25 administrative fee.
- In the event that a return cannot be accepted, the sender will either have to pick up the item from our location or have it sent back to sender’s address – costs will be borne by customer.
- Note that all self-collection of your exchange has to be done within 15 days at the location specified, otherwise it will be forfeited.
Defects:
- If you received a defective item, please notify us within 30 days of receipt via email info@dnsbabycare.com
- Please explain nature of defect and include photos or video. For items received via our courier DHL/TNT/ARAMEX, and if the item is damaged, they will require photos of the inner and outer packaging for an investigation, otherwise no cover will be claimable.
- Color contrasts, feeling too loose/tie, miss placed order those not related to product defective.
Non-defects:
- We want you to be happy with your purchase and allow returns within 15 days of receipt even if there is no defect.
- You will be eligible for exchange with a similar item / any item of your choice, for which you may top up any difference.
- Only when similar item is out of stock, would we be able to process a refund via store credits for you. Kindly allow us 3 – 5 days to issue your credits after returned item is received.
Kindly note the following guidelines for out of stock items:
- In the event that your order includes an item that is out of stock, we will refund the amount of the item that was out of stock (in store credits), and will proceed to deliver the rest of the order.
- We will inform you if the item is out of stock and ask if you would like to get a refund for that item or replace it with a different design or item.
You cannot return products that have been returned/exchanged before.
Products that cannot be returned
Products that are only usable once, which are likely to spoil fast or are near their expiry date, products that have been changed upon the request of the customers and custom designed products cannot be returned.
Underwear can only be returned if the package is unopened, have not been tried on and if they are intact.
CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel any order that you placed through our website, you can click “Cancellation” button on your order details under the title of “My Orders” on “My Account” menu and cancel your order. If you order is in “Shipment” process, you cannot cancel your order but return it..
SECURITY / PRIVACY
We are taking various and current security measure to guarantee our members not only a fun but also safe shopping experience.
If you use your credit card for purchases on D&S we will only use your card information to complete the ordering process and will not store them in our database or in any other companies’ database that is serving D&S. Your payment will be carried out on the D&S interface between you and your bank.
The security of the information is ensured With 128 bit encryption and an EV SSL certificate, this way we make sure that your data is only send to D&S. Your stated e-mail address, contact information and details of your purchased products on dnsbabycare.com will only be used to send the product to you and not shared with any other third party.
Membership details will only be shared with the authorities if the authorities request to obtain these information and applicable mandatory provisions of the legislation in accordance with the official authorities request us to release the information.
All information entered into our system can only be accessed by the member and only be changed by the member. It is not possible for another person to reach and change these information.
